Q&A, The Book of Law

The November 14, 2008 edition of the Tampa Bay Business Journal featured a special section called "The Book of Law." The section included a collection of articles on current legal topics and pieces featuring Q&A with the leadership of several local law firms. Extensive responses from Holland & Knight's Tampa Bay Region Executive Partner Brad Kimbro were published to questions focusing on advice to businesses in an economic downswing. In his responses, Kimbro discusses some of the firm's growth areas, such as bankruptcy and litigation, as well as the need for businesses to continue to invest, and to seek early advice of counsel in many of their business activities.
