Federal Lawsuit filed in West Palm Beach Over Alleged Use of Smaller Firm to Gain Business

A federal lawsuit has been filed in U.S District Court in West Palm Beach against Ferguson Enterprises, the largest wholesale plumbing distributor in North America, along with Line-Tec of Delray Beach and AKA Services of West Palm Beach.
White Collar Defense and Investigations Partner William Shepherd, Line-Tec’s attorney, said Line-Tec has been cleared of all the allegations brought against the company by Corcel Corp., not only at the trial court level, but at the appellate court level.
“We will review the complaint as it comes in,” said Mr. Shepherd.
