Boston Bombing Trial, Opening Monday, Could Last Months

Seating a qualified jury for the Boston Marathon bombing trial will be difficult and could take weeks. A panel of 12 will decide whether or not to sentence suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to death, and proceedings were set to begin Monday.

Partner Jeremy Sternberg said, "This jury selection process is going to be like very few others in a federal criminal case. It's going to take a very long time... Its importance cannot be overstated."
