The long-running debate about whether to spin off the nation's air traffic control system into a standalone entity or keep it under the Federal Aviation Administration's umbrella could be decided with Republicans in control of Congress and the White House. Attorney David Whitestone weighed in on the argument.
"The likelihood of passage depends on a number of factors, including, what does the incoming administration think about a separate air traffic control," said Mr. Whitestone.
