President Donald Trump promised on the campaign trail to dismantle the 2010 Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, but his Feb. 3 executive order outlining how to regulate the financial industry didn't mention Dodd-Frank. Attorney Shawn Turner said the omission could mean more administrative action is ahead.
