Retail Center Proposed Near Trump National Doral

Real Estate Attorney Alejandro Arias spoke with South Florida Business Journal on the proposed The Shoppes at 97th Avenue in Doral that would include retail and restaurant space in three buildings and stand-alone parking garage. The project will help encourage redevelopment projects in the area and activate key Doral gateways.
"Ultimately, both commercial developments will incorporate elegant modern architecture and world-class urban design elements, and will serve to enhance and activate these key Doral gateways, along NW 58 Street, as quality commercial activity nodes," Mr. Arias said. "This is in a previously overlooked, but significant, area of the city. The goal is to promote a welcoming neighborhood market feel."
