Solos Are Not Alone When It Comes To Ethics Resources; How To Be Trouble-Free

Partner Trisha Rich has organized a pro bono defense team, the Attorney Defense Initiative, for lawyers who have received Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) inquiries. Ms. Rich explains that being in law can be a high stress environment and hopes that her team will become a useful resource for lawyers in distress.
“The public perception of lawyers is that they don’t need help because they are all well-off and can afford their own counsel,” said Partner Trisha Rich.
