Developer Proposes First Phase of Trailer Park Redevelopment

Lion Miami Terrace filed a pre-application to redevelop a trailer park property as a follow up to a developer's comprehensive development master plan application. The developer recently changed the maximum density of residential units and commercial space.

Real Estate Attorney Alejandro Arias is representing the developer in the application.

"This application furthers the vision of the County Commission to transform the Ludlam Trail, and its abutting lands, into a new corridor with quality housing, supportive community features and services, a unique greenway and trail with safe and direct access to parks, schools, work, and shopping; and creative mobility options for residents, trail riders, cyclists and pedestrians," said Mr. Arias.
