Inside Herb Wesson's Radical Affordable Housing Plan

Land Use and Government Partner Ryan Leaderman comments on City Council President Herb Wesson's proposal that passed the Los Angeles City Council. His plan recommends that nearly all Los Angeles residential projects have an affordable housing component, a policy known as inclusionary zoning.

“This seems like an opening salvo to go ahead and start a discussion on these issues,” said Mr. Leaderman.
