Distinguished Leader: Cindy Brazell

Atlanta Partner Cindy Brazell was featured in a profile published in Law.com's Daily Report. The co-chair of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group, Ms. Brazell talked about her path to the practice and the biggest challenges in her often-complex transactions, saying that managing expectations and putting the pieces together are the toughest parts of a deal. She also offered a few words of advice for new attorneys in transactional law, encouraging them to get to know the less-experienced people at a client so as to develop friendships that can grow into working relationships.
