He shared the most important leadership lesson he has learned, which leadership skills he found most difficult to develop and tips for re-energizing an overworked team.
When asked for the best way to stay connected to a key mentor over time, Mr. Bellows responded, "The best way to make the connections meaningful and enduring is to make the key relationships your mission and purpose. Everyone needs somebody, especially in the workplace."
