Holland & Knight Adds Former State Insurance Regulator As Industry Grapples With Uncertainty

Senior Policy Advisor Beth Vecchioli spoke with the Daily Business Review about re-joining the firm and how she and the Florida Government Advocacy Group plan to help insurance industry clients navigate the changing climate.

“There are going to be some big insurance issues this year in Florida and at the federal level, including business interruption claims due to COVID,” Ms. Vecchioli said. “If we are able to come to some resolution on that issue, I think it’s going to be a federal approach as opposed to states adopting their own approaches as opposed to states adopting their own approaches, so it excites me that I can work on that level and influence federal policy.”
