Apartments Break Ground in Sweetwater
Real Estate attorney Alejandro Arias spoke with the South Florida Business Journal about an affordable housing complex for seniors that recently broke ground in Sweetwater, Florida. The complex will consist of 244 apartment units, and the residents will be seniors making up to 60 percent of the area's median income. Mr. Arias commented that the project will be important for both the community of Sweetwater as well as its fast-growing elderly population.
"Based on the project's proposed development program, it will serve to contribute to the city's economic prosperity and viability, and will address one of the city of Sweetwater's highest priorities in meeting the housing needs of the elderly population," he remarked.
