Pan Am Flight Academy Plans New Training Location in Miami-Dade

South Florida Business Journal

Real Estate attorney Alejandro Arias spoke to the South Florida Business Journal about Pan Am International Flight Academy's permit to open its second flight simulator. On August 24, the Hialeah City Council passed a conditional-use permit for the flight school on first reading, allowing the academy to operate within a warehouse not typically used for education training. Mr. Arias explains that the project could generate economic activity in the area.

“This project will contribute to the city’s economic prosperity and viability, will provide access to a globally recognized academy for world-class flight training, and will serve to generate additional economic synergies between the city of Hialeah and Miami International Airport,” he said.
