They Will Take Away Power From Notaries Public

Tax Partner Eugenio Grageda was cited in an article about the cancelation of notarizations by notaries public through electronic means in Mexico. He commented that the change will create a greater responsibility for taxpayers and could represent a strain regarding appointments with the country's Tax Administration Service.
"It is going to implicate, for many taxpayers who operated through the notary, the obligation to carry out another step in order to begin their operations," he said. "At the administrative level it is hindered in one step."
