Innovator: Andrew Balthazor on How He Stays Productive
Litigation attorney Andrew Balthazor was interviewed by the Daily Business Review about the innovative steps he took to stay productive during the COVID-19 pandemic, and discussed new hardware and software he has introduced to get things done.
“Besides our firm’s in-house matter-centric Microsoft Teams initiative, our firm has also adopted Zero, a third-party mail app that integrates with our firm’s time tracking and document management software,” he said. “This saves me a lot of time when it comes to entering time — and helps to capture time done via my mobile device.”
Mr. Balthzaor also looked toward the future and gave insight into the legal profession and what it still needs to do effectively moving forward.
“The leadership culture within the profession needs to support adoption of innovative systems for those systems to have a meaningful impact on our ability to serve clients efficiently,” he said.
