Deal Slowdown Softening R&W Insurance Market, Reports Say

Mr. Dubner, who represents R&W carriers, offered perspective on the timing of policyholder claims submissions.
"I think that's why you're finding that most claims arise in that first 12 months, because that's about the time when they've had a chance to experience the ups and downs of their company's business," he said.
