ALO Norte and Transmilenio Along Séptima: More Alive Than Ever

Bogotá Executive Partner Enrique Gómez-Pinzón was mentioned in an El Espectador article about the recent debate in the Bogotá City Council regarding two infrastructure projects: the Longitudinal Avenue of the West (ALO) and the Transmilenio truck line for the seventh avenue. These projects, approved by the District Development Plan (PDD) under Mayor Carlos Fernando Galán, can face legal and financial challenges. Mr. Gómez-Pinzón highlighted the regulatory processes that could affect the projects' progress.

"The processes of exceptional review and modification of the POT are regulated by Law 388 of 1997," he said.
