Middle Market Executive, Summer 2024

Private Equity attorney Rick Bange was quoted in a Middle Market Executive article discussing how middle-market private equity firms are enhancing the value of portfolio companies in a high interest rate environment that has decreased the number of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
