La República
Labor and employment attorney Camilo Cuervo was interviewed by La República about the proposed labor reform in Colombia. Mr. Cuervo analyzed the positive and negative aspects of the proposal, highlighting the recognition of new forms of contracting and the regulation of contracts for greater job stability. He also pointed out concerns about the possible economic consequences, particularly for small and medium-sized companies.
