Constitutional Court Will Begin Reviewing Lawsuits Against Pension Reform
Labor and employment attorney Camilo Cuervo was interviewed by La República about the future of Colombia's pension reform amid debates about its constitutionality. The country's Constitutional Court will begin reviewing more than 40 lawsuits questioning its validity, generating uncertainty about its fate. "What is happening is that more than 100 challenges were filed and more than 40 were admitted. In these cases the principle of providing necessary debate was violated."
