What Are the Urgent Points the Court Must Review About the Pension Reform? Analysis

Caracol Radio
Labor and employment attorney Camilo Cuervo was mentioned in a Caracol Radio article about the recent request from the Banco de la República to the Constitutional Court to grant a reasonable period before the pension reform comes into effect. This request seeks to allow the bank to prepare the administration of the Contributory Pillar Savings Fund, which is essential for managing contributors' payments. Mr. Cuervo explained the importance of this period to ensure the proper implementation and management of the key resources in the reform.

"All the contributions from those of us who contribute to building our own pension will go there. And, because it is the most important account, the Banco de la República is simply asking for something logical, a reasonable period," he said.
