Following Relativity's announcement that it will embed its aiR for Review and aiR for Privilege directly into RelativityOne next year, panels focused on how lawyers should approach rapidly evolving AI capabilities and emerging risks. Mr. Gabriel emphasized that attorneys must develop a working understanding of agentic AI's benefits and pitfalls to meet their professional responsibilities.
"I don't think that there is an ethical obligation to use these tools, but we do know that there is an ethical obligation to understand these tools," he said.
