International Trade and Aviation attorney Jonathan Epstein was highlighted in an article recapping the 2026 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), which featured presentations on the key regulatory and legislative developments affecting the business aviation community. Jonathan's session focused on the U.S. tariff environment, which has undergone significant changes in the past two years and has created uncertainty for aircraft operators, manufacturers and buyers. Emphasizing that "contract clauses are not due diligence," Jonathan underlined the need for robust risk management in aircraft transactions to keep up with domestic and global compliance requirements.
