Holland & Knight's FCPA Team Honored by MainJustice.com

Washington, D.C. (April 29, 2013) - Holland & Knight received an award from MainJustice.com for its full service Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) practice. Main Justice, an independent news organization that covers news about the U.S. Department of Justice, noted the firm's ability to counsel clients on compliance and internal investigations while remaining mindful of their business goals. The award focused on Holland & Knight partner Don Zarin, who heads the firm's FCPA Team and wrote a leading book about the law. The award was presented April 23 at a ceremony in Washington, D.C.

In addition to internal investigations and compliance advice, Holland & Knight brings experience in compliance monitorships, which are often mandated in resolutions with the government. Don Zarin recently served as a DOJ-selected compliance monitor for a company that had pled guilty to a series of FCPA violations.
