Corporate Litigator Robert J. Kaler Joins Holland & Knight in Boston
BOSTON – May 30, 2013 – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Robert J. Kaler has joined the firm's Boston Litigation Practice Group as a partner. He was previously a partner with McCarter & English.
Mr. Kaler focuses on complex commercial litigation, including jury trials, arbitrations, class actions, and appeals on behalf of publicly-traded and privately-held corporations, major banks and financial institutions, public authorities and agencies, and private organizations and individuals. He regularly handles disputes in the areas of corporate governance, commercial and international transactions and contracts, fraud, antitrust, and unfair competition law, securities, shareholder derivative, and investment fund claims, intellectual property and information technology disputes, and major project design, construction, and engineering.
Mr. Kaler is recognized as a top litigation and trial attorney by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers magazine, and the Martindale-Hubbell rating service. He is a member of the Massachusetts, New York, and District of Columbia bars.
