Holland & Knight Represents Telanetix Inc. in Its Sale to Intermedia.net Inc.

Tysons Corner, Va. (September 6, 2013) - Holland & Knight represented Telanetix, Inc., in its recent sale to Intermedia.net, Inc., a provider of cloud services to small and medium-based businesses. Telanetix was a publicly held, cloud-based communications solutions company in which a private equity firm, Hale Capital Partners, held a controlling interest.

This acquisition will give Intermedia experience in the development and delivery of next-generation hosted voice services to meet the rapidly evolving communications needs of its customers.
