Holland & Knight Represents Global Net Services, Inc. in Sale to Information Innovators, Inc.

Tysons Corner, Va. (September 5, 2014) – Holland & Knight represented Global Net Services, Inc. (GNSI) in its recent acquisition by Information Innovators, Inc. GNSI provides IT systems, engineering, software development and related services to the Food and Drug Administration, focusing primarily on solutions for health IT.
