MIAMI (March 19, 2019) – Private equity and M&A lawyer Omari Sealy has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in Miami. He was previously a partner at DLA Piper.

Mr. Sealy represents private equity firms and corporations in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters, including control acquisitions and dispositions, corporate finance transactions, commercial contracts and joint ventures.

Mr. Sealy earned a J.D. degree from The George Washington University Law School and a B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice in Florida and North Carolina.
