Holland & Knight Advises Deutsche Bank in $65 Million Private Placement for Peruvian Developer
NEW YORK (May 29, 2019) – Holland & Knight advised Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas on the issuance of $65 million in 5.65% senior secured notes due 2026 by Inmobiliaria J y D S.A.C., a Peruvian real estate developer. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas acted as collateral agent and settlement agent in the deal, which closed on May 13.
The notes were offered in transactions exempt from registration in reliance upon Rule 144A and Regulation S under the United States Securities Act of 1933. The offering by Inmobiliaria was secured by real estate assets, including leases. The proceeds from the offering will be used for commercial real estate projects in Lima.
