Holland & Knight Represents Heritage Carpet & Tile in Sale to Artisan Design Group

MIAMI (June 5, 2019) - Holland & Knight represented Boynton Beach, Florida-based Heritage Carpet & Tile in its sale to Artisan Design Group (ADG). The deal closed on June 4.

Heritage is a provider of design center and installation services for flooring and complementary products such as shower enclosures, mirrors and window treatments in South Florida. In addition to its Boynton Beach, Florida, headquarters, the company has locations in Fort Pierce, Naples and Sarasota.

Headquartered in Southlake, Texas, ADG operates more than 40 distribution, design and service facilities and coordinates installation through over 1,000 independent contractors across 15 states. ADG is a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, private equity investment firm that targets controlling interests in basic manufacturing, distribution and industrial services companies. Currently, Sterling has over $1.9 billion of assets under management.
