Holland & Knight Represents AdventHealth in Purchase of Mobile Mammography Company

MIAMI (January 23, 2020) – Holland & Knight advised AdventHealth on its purchase of the assets of Tampa Bay Mobile Mammography, a provider of 3D mobile mammography that serves 700 locations in the Tampa Bay area. The transaction was completed on December 20.

Tampa Bay Mobile Mammography provides services to schools, government agencies, corporations and clinics. The sale includes purchasing three specialty buses equipped with Hologic 3D mammography systems. The three buses and the technology inside can scan 150 people per day collectively.

AdventHealth is a faith-based, non-profit healthcare system headquartered in Altamonte Springs, Florida, that operates facilities within nine states across the country. It was represented by Holland & Knight Partners Maria Currier and Henry Roque and Associate Michael DeAgro in the deal.
