Holland & Knight Represents The Ambit Group in Merger with GreenZone Solutions

TYSONS, Va. (March 2, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented The Ambit Group in its merger with GreenZone Solutions to create a leading IT solutions and data management services provider to the federal government under the Ambit brand name. The merger was announced on March 2.

The merger was completed in strategic partnership with AE Industrial Partners Structured Solutions I, an affiliate of private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, and financed by Atlantic Union Bank.

Ambit is a specialty provider of IT modernization, business transformation and mission support services. The firm, which is headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, has supported some of the federal government's largest mission-driven transformations.

GreenZone is a consulting firm providing innovative IT and business solutions to public sector clients. The firm specializes in data management and operations, data science and analytics, application development and modernization, and cybersecurity. The Arlington, Virginia-based company supports several federal agencies.

Holland & Knight Partner Adam August and Senior Counsel Jose Morales advised Ambit on the transaction and the company's debt and equity capital raises in connection with the deal.
