Kate Inman, Former GC of OPKO Health, Returns to Holland & Knight
MIAMI (August 18, 2021) – Kate Inman has joined Holland & Knight's Corporate Practice Group as of counsel in Miami. She previously served as general counsel and secretary of OPKO Health, Inc. (NASDAQ and TASE: OPK), a Miami-based healthcare company with pharmaceutical, diagnostics and laboratory operations in the U.S. and abroad.
Ms. Inman was an associate at Holland & Knight from 2001 to 2007, when she left to become deputy general counsel at OPKO. In 2014, she was promoted to general counsel and served in that role until 2020. While at OPKO, Ms. Inman oversaw the execution of acquisitions, financing and strategic transactions totaling several billion dollars. She also oversaw numerous public company and healthcare regulatory issues associated with the company's operations.
At Holland & Knight, she will provide comprehensive representation to clients in the areas of corporate compliance, transactional matters and securities law as well as issues associated with the operations of healthcare related companies.

Ms. Inman earned a J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law and a B.S. degree from the University of Florida.
