Holland & Knight Advises Stevinson Automotive in its Sale to Asbury Automotive Group

DENVER (December 8, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised Stevinson Automotive in connection with its sale to Asbury Automotive Group, Inc., one of the largest automotive retail and service companies in the United States.

Stevinson owned and operated a portfolio of automotive dealerships with an impressive share of leading brands in the Denver market. The operating assets that were acquired include eight new vehicle franchises: two Lexus, two Toyota, one Porsche, one Chevrolet, one Hyundai and one Jaguar, plus one Land Rover open point.

Asbury Automotive Group is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Duluth, Ga. Asbury currently operates 101 dealerships, consisting of 125 franchises, representing 31 domestic and foreign brands of vehicles.
