Holland & Knight Represents Boyne Capital in Partnership

MIAMI (March 7, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised private equity fund Boyne Capital in its partnership with management to acquire McKee Utility Contractors. The deal was announced on Feb. 23.

McKee Utility Contractors is a water and sewer infrastructure services platform providing pipeline installation, replacement, tunnelling and boring for water, wastewater and stormwater utility customers. Headquartered in Oklahoma, the company actively serves municipal and utility customers across expanding population centers in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Florida-based Boyne Capital focuses on investments in lower middle market companies and has invested in a broad range of industries, including healthcare services, consumer products, manufacturing, and business and financial services.
