Holland & Knight Advises Fibra Inn on $88 Million Rights Offering

MEXICO CITY (June 29, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented Fibra Inn (BMV: FINN 13) on its successful oversubscribed rights offering of US$88 million (approximately MX$1.5 billion). The offering took place from June 7 to 27.

During the subscription period, shareholders were offered exclusive rights to acquire additional real estate certificates (CBFIs). Two-hundred sixty million CBFIs were acquired by shareholders, which resulted in a capital increase of US$88 million.

Actinver Casa de Bolsa acted as an intermediary for this offering.

Headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico, Fibra Inn is a Mexican trust formed primarily to acquire, develop and rent a broad range of hotel properties in Mexico. The company has signed franchise and license agreements with national brands and international hotel chains.
