Holland & Knight Continues Growth of Technology Policy Team with Addition of Sean McGlynn

WASHINGTON (June 1, 2023) – Holland & Knight has strengthened its Public Policy & Regulation Group with the addition of Senior Policy Advisor Sean McGlynn in Washington, D.C. Mr. McGlynn previously was a government affairs advisor with K&L Gates. At Holland & Knight, he will work alongside his former K&L Gates colleagues, Partners Daniel Ritter and Paul Stimers and Senior Policy Advisor Dennis Potter, who joined the firm in March.

Mr. McGlynn advises a broad range of clients on federal funding, policy and government contract issues in the congressional budget and appropriations process. He focuses on national security, defense and emerging technology issues, but also has extensive experience with nondefense policy issues. Mr. McGlynn represents a number of clients in the commercial spaceflight and national security space launch industries, and has worked extensively on policy initiatives intended to strengthen the cybersecurity of small- and medium-sized manufacturers who are operating in the U.S. defense supply chain.
