Public Finance Partner Edward J. Rojas Rejoins Holland & Knight in New York
NEW YORK (June 7, 2024) – Edward J. Rojas has rejoined Holland & Knight's national Public Finance Team as a partner in its New York office. Mr. Rojas was previously a partner with Harris Beach.

A former attorney at Holland & Knight from 2016 to 2021, Mr. Rojas' practice encompasses the full range of tax-exempt bond financings, including healthcare, educational, single-family and multifamily housing, tribal bonds, transportation, airport, solid waste, infrastructure, environmental and generation facilities. His more than 30 years of public finance experience includes new money and refunding issues, hedges, investment agreements, reissuance, and other arbitrage, allocation, expenditure, rebate and post-issuance compliance issues and procedures.

Mr. Rojas earned a J.D. degree from Columbia Law School and an A.B. degree from Harvard University. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, Florida and North Carolina.
As part of Holland & Knight's Financial Services Group, the Public Finance Team is staffed with more than 25 attorneys around the country, as well as a senior policy advisor, who collectively devote all or a portion of their practice to public finance, including in-house tax counsel.
