Holland & Knight Advises Fibra UNO on MX$12.7 Billion Sustainability-Linked Bond Issuances

MEXICO CITY (May 30, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised Fibra UNO (BMV: FUNO11) in connection with two sustainability-linked bond issuances of an aggregate amount of MX$12.7 billion (approximately US$658 million), including MX$3.7 billion (approximately US$192 million) of sustainability-linked FUNO 25L bonds and MX$9 billion (approximately US$466 million) of sustainability-linked FUNO 25-2L bonds. The issuance took place on May 30, 2025.

The bonds included an environmental, social and governance (ESG) sustainability-linked feature, which links the interest rates of the bonds to Fibra UNO's sustainability strategy of maximizing the gross leasable area of its properties that have received environmental certifications from leading green building certification schemes, such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) and Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE). Fibra UNO will use the proceeds to repay its FUNO 15 and FUNO 21-2X bonds due this year.
