Prominent Litigation Partner Siobhan Cole Joins Holland & Knight in Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (March 26, 2026) – Litigation attorney Siobhan Cole has joined Holland & Knight's growing Philadelphia Litigation Practice Group as a partner. Ms. Cole was previously a partner with White & Williams LLP, where she served as practice group chair of the firm's commercial litigation group.
Ms. Cole handles complex commercial cases across numerous areas of law, including unfair competition under state and federal law, professional liability, indemnification and all manner of business torts and contract disputes. She also handles defense of consumer class actions, including matters related to food labeling and advertising, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act. Ms. Cole has been a member of multiple trial teams in state and federal courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, with additional extensive experience in state and federal appellate courts.

In the community, Ms. Cole is an active member of the Homeless Advocacy Project, Philadelphia Bar Association and German American Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Cole received a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. degree from Purchase College.
Ms. Cole is the second major recent addition to Holland & Knight's Philadelphia Litigation Practice Group after Litigation Partner Meredith Auten joined in late January and marks the 24th lawyer to join the Philadelphia office in the past 19 months.
