Overview

Eric J. Adler is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Asset Finance Group. He focuses his practice on asset-based financing and leasing, with a particular emphasis on the aviation industry.

Mr. Adler's passion for aviation began well before his legal career. Prior to law school, he worked as an airline pilot for a U.S.-based carrier, amassing more than 3,000 flight hours. His experience also includes serving as a captain for an interisland operator in Hawaii, flying in diverse and challenging environments. Mr. Adler took his first flight at age 15 and holds an Airline Transport Pilot License.

While in law school, Mr. Adler gained invaluable experience through internships with NASA and a New York City-based aviation product liability firm. He joined Holland & Knight in 2024, combining his extensive aviation background and passion for the aviation industry with his legal knowledge and experience.
