Overview
Henry Booth is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Mr. Booth focuses his practice on a wide range of business matters, including emerging companies, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and corporate governance.
Mr. Booth is also a member of the Sports Industry Team, where he advises professional leagues, teams and players with regard to contract disputes, internal investigations, business development and intellectual property rights.
While in law school, Mr. Booth co-founded the Sports & Entertainment Law Society (SELS), where he served as president for two years. Mr. Booth was a summer associate in Holland & Knight's Boston office and also completed an internship with Fenway Sports Group (FSG). At FSG, Mr. Booth focused on team sponsorships, event agreements and cybersecurity protocols.
Prior to law school, Mr. Booth worked at the National Basketball Association (NBA) in New York as a member of the NBA Associate Program. Mr. Booth's work at the NBA included player marketing, global partnerships, media rights and intellectual property issues.
