Benjamin Bottehsazan is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office. - Representation of a U.S.-based investment firm with a niche focus on acquiring Class B and Class C multifamily assets in connection with the acquisition of a two-property apartment portfolio in Charlotte, North Carolina, out of foreclosure
- Representation of a joint venture subsidiary in the $30.9 million recapitalization sale of a 199-unit student housing property in San Marcos, Texas
- Represented a manufacturer in connection with the lease of a 30,000-square-foot industrial warehouse
- Representation of a clothing retailer in connection with the negotiation of a lease of a retail building located in the Melrose district of Los Angeles
- Representation of a major global investment management firm in connection with the formation of a tri-party joint venture agreement and the corresponding acquisition of a 378-unit apartment building
