Overview

Rachel Brocker is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Brocker advises clients on a variety of transactional real estate matters, including financing, lease negotiations, and acquisitions and dispositions.

Ms. Brocker regularly represents borrowers and lenders in complex transactions involving single-asset and portfolio deals. She has experience structuring and closing transactions across a variety of property types, as well as managing title, survey and zoning diligence.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Brocker served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Errol R. Arthur of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

While in law school, Ms. Brocker was a member of the Maryland Law Review. She also served as a graduate research assistant to Professor Michael P. Van Alstine, focusing on international sales contracts.
