Joe Burkart

Joe Burkart is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Orlando office. Mr. Burkart focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and general corporate matters.

Mr. Burkart also provides advice to emerging growth companies in a variety of stages of the business life cycle.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Burkart advised public and private companies on M&A transactions, corporate governance, restructurings and venture capital financings.

While in law school, Mr. Burkart served on the executive board of the Florida Law Review.
