Jordan A. Castroverde

Jordan Castroverde is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office, where he focuses his practice on corporate transactions, securities and corporate governance.

Mr. Castroverde has experience in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, redemptions, reorganizations, private offerings, venture capital financings and other general corporate matters. He also has experience forming corporate entities and drafting entity governance documents, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Castroverde was an attorney at a Florida-based Am Law 200 law firm in its Jacksonville office. During law school, he served on the editorial staff of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property.
