Jordan A. Castroverde

Jordan Castroverde is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, securities and corporate governance.

Mr. Castroverde has experience in a variety of corporate and finance matters, including public and private securities offerings, M&A, redemptions, reorganizations, syndication and finance, public debt offerings, venture capital financings and other general corporate matters such as forming corporate entities, drafting entity governance documents and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He also regularly counsels public companies on periodic reporting requirements, executive compensation matters and other corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Castroverde was an attorney at a Florida-based Am Law 200 law firm. During law school, he served on the editorial staff of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property.
