Robert Clark

Robert Clark is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Mr. Clark advises a wide range of corporate entities, with a focus on emerging companies, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Clark worked as a corporate attorney in Connecticut, where he advised private equity clients on various M&A transactions, growth equity financings and corporate governance matters.

While in law school, Mr. Clark was a legal intern in the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation. He also completed a student internship for the school's Community Enterprise Clinic, where he counseled clients on various corporate governance matters such as entity formation and equity issuance.
