Fernanda Flores

Fernanda Flores is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Chattanooga office, where she advises clients on a broad spectrum of transactional matters.

Ms. Flores' practice includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate governance and general business counseling for clients across multiple industries.

While in law school, Ms. Flores served as a research editor for the Tennessee Law Review and gained practical experience through externships with the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts and with in-house counsel at companies in Chattanooga and Atlanta. Additionally, she was a tutor for first-year legal writing classes.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Flores interned with a nonprofit organization, assisting low-income families with landlord-tenant issues.
