Overview
Lindsey Grubbs is a real estate and business attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office and is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Corporate Services and Financial Services teams. Ms. Grubbs focuses her practice on a variety of real estate and corporate transactions throughout the country.
Ms. Grubbs' real estate practice includes representation of developers in connection with real estate acquisitions; dispositions; title, survey and due diligence analysis; development; operations; permitting and financing. She represents master developers, luxury residential condominium developers, single-family and multifamily builders, and retail operators. Ms. Grubbs also represents financial institutions in relation to multistate, secured credit facilities; landlords and tenants in connection with complex commercial lease transactions; condominium developers in connection with condominium structuring, registration and association operational matters; and developer-controlled homeowner, property owner and condominium associations in daily operational matters, regime restructuring, and turnover advice and counsel.
Ms. Grubbs also represents public and private companies in various corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, general commercial contracts, corporate financing and corporate governance.
